I started in the moving business in 2004 when I bought my Toyota Tacoma. Still driving it 20 years later...

2004-09 I was “Big Kid with a Truck” on Craigslist.
2009-16 I signed up on Yelp. Ian the Mover quickly took the #1 spot in the moving category with perfect 5 star reviews and held it straight through into...2016 when I sold it. Yes I sold it... As Ian’s Movers.
2016-17 I traveled and soul searched. I made music. I took a solid year off. Came back to the business rebranded as Captain Smith.
2017-2024 Ive been on taskrabbit...read hundreds more 5 star reviews there. (but hire me directly, no app fees)
